By downloading or using My Pocket Concierge ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
My Pocket Concierge is a personal planning app that uses artificial intelligence to generate customized day and evening itineraries. Suggestions are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any suggested venue.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to create an account.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers a free tier (limited monthly plans) and a premium subscription ("Concierge Premium") available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
- Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent free-tier limits through account manipulation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or AI prompts.
- Use automated tools to make requests to the App's services.
5. AI-Generated Content
Itineraries are generated by the Anthropic Claude AI model. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You should independently verify venue hours, prices, and availability before visiting. BrainUnlock LLC is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by BrainUnlock LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainUnlock LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the Profile screen.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
